At the April 14, 2008 CSC general membership meeting, there were proposed changes to the CSC by-laws and constitutions. In accordance with the current by-laws, these proposed amendments are being posted and notified to the general membership. They will be voted on at the next general membership meeting, to be held May 12, 2008.

Rob Davis, in capacity as a general member from the floor, proposed the amendments. Each individual amendment was then opened for discussion and seconded by a member present. Due to the volume of changes, details of the discussion and second acceptance are available upon request and held in the official books of the Capital Soccer Club.
